كيف تُستخدم بياناتك بحسب الخدمة التي تختارها، وكيف تطلب الوصول إليها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها.
DermaLink منصة رقمية للعناية بالبشرة، مسجلة في إستونيا، تقدم محتوى وبرامج تعليمية وتنسّق وصول المستخدمين إلى أطباء ومختصين مستقلين. الخدمة المهنية يقدمها المختص المستقل ضمن نطاق ممارسته.
المعلومات التي تشملها هذه السياسة
بحسب استخدامك للخدمة، تشمل المعلومات بيانات الحساب والتواصل، وتفاصيل الحجز وتفضيلات الموعد، والمخاوف المتعلقة بالبشرة والصور التي تختار تقديمها، وسجلات الطلب والدفع وحالته لدى مزود الدفع، والبيانات التقنية وبيانات الاستخدام المرتبطة بتشغيل الموقع. قدم فقط المعلومات اللازمة لغرضك، ولا ترسل بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة أو كلمات المرور أو معلومات صحية غير لازمة عبر البريد أو مساحات الأسئلة العامة.
الأغراض والحد الأدنى من البيانات
تُستخدم البيانات لإدارة الحساب والوصول إلى الخدمة، وتنسيق الطلبات والمواعيد، والرد على الاستفسارات، ومعالجة المعاملات وسجلاتها، وحماية الخدمة وتشغيلها وتحسينها. تقتصر سياسة المنصة على جمع واستخدام ما يلزم للغرض المحدد. يتطلب استخدام صور البشرة أو المعلومات الصحية غرضًا واضحًا وأساسًا قانونيًا مناسبًا، وموافقة صريحة منفصلة عندما تكون الموافقة أساس المعالجة.
المشاركة والمختصون المستقلون
عند اختيار خدمة تستلزم وصول مختص، تقتصر المشاركة على المعلومات ذات الصلة التي يحتاجها المختص المختار لتقديم الخدمة. وقد تستخدم المنصة مزودي خدمة ضروريين للاستضافة والتواصل والدفع والتشغيل، ضمن الغرض اللازم. يلتزم المختص المستقل بالتزاماته المهنية المتعلقة بالسرية والسجلات، وقد يعالج سجلاته وفق أساس قانوني مستقل. لا تنقل صفة الاستقلال جميع التزامات المنصة إلى المختص. للاستفسار عن المستلمين أو مواقع المعالجة أو نقل البيانات المرتبط بخدمتك، تواصل معنا.
الاحتفاظ والحماية
تُحتفظ المعلومات بقدر ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة وإدارة السجلات التشغيلية والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية ومعالجة النزاعات. تختلف الحاجة بحسب نوع البيانات والغرض؛ وقد تخضع السجلات المهنية والفواتير لمتطلبات مختلفة. عند طلب الحذف، نوضح ما يمكن حذفه وما يلزم الاحتفاظ به وسببه. تُقيّد معالجة البيانات الحساسة إلى الغرض والحاجة، ولا يمكن ضمان خلو أي نظام من المخاطر.
خياراتك وحقوقك
يمكنك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو تقييد المعالجة أو الاعتراض أو نقل البيانات، بحسب الحقوق والشروط القانونية المنطبقة، عبر info@dermalinkarab.com. يمكنك سحب موافقة سابقة دون أن يؤثر ذلك في مشروعية المعالجة السابقة. قد نحتاج التحقق بصورة متناسبة من هويتك لحماية بياناتك. وتبقى لك إمكانية تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات المختصة.
التسويق والصور والذكاء الاصطناعي
لا تعني مشاركة البيانات لتلقي خدمة الموافقة على نشر الصور أو التسويق أو تدريب الذكاء الاصطناعي. سياسة المنصة هي عدم السماح بهذه الاستخدامات بناءً على موافقة الخدمة وحدها، وطلب موافقة صريحة مستقلة لكل غرض إضافي، دون اختيار مسبق. لا يشترط غرض إضافي للحصول على خدمة لا تحتاج إليه. بالنسبة لملفات الارتباط والتحليلات غير الضرورية، تُطلب الموافقة حيث يوجب القانون ذلك؛ وهذه السياسة لا تدّعي أن جميع الإعدادات التقنية قد خضعت لتدقيق مستقل.

DermaLink is a digital skin-care platform registered in Estonia. It provides educational content and programs and coordinates users’ access to independent doctors and professionals. Professional services are provided by the independent professional within their scope of practice.
Information covered by this notice
Depending on how you use the service, information includes account and contact details, booking details and appointment preferences, skin concerns and images you choose to provide, order records and payment status from the payment provider, and technical and usage data associated with site operation. Provide only information needed for your purpose; do not send full card details, passwords or unnecessary health information by email or in general-question spaces.
Purposes and data minimization
Information is used to manage accounts and service access, coordinate requests and appointments, respond to questions, handle transactions and records, and protect, operate and improve the service. Platform policy limits collection and use to what is necessary for the stated purpose. Skin images or health information require a clear purpose and an appropriate legal basis, with separate explicit consent when consent is the basis for processing.
Sharing and independent professionals
Where you choose a service involving a professional, sharing is limited to relevant information the selected professional needs to provide it. The platform may use necessary service providers for hosting, communication, payments and operations within the required purpose. Independent professionals have their own confidentiality and recordkeeping duties and may process their records under an independent legal basis. Their independence does not transfer all platform duties to them. Contact us about recipients, processing locations or transfers associated with your service.
Retention and protection
Information is retained only as necessary to provide the service, manage operational records, comply with legal obligations and address disputes. Necessity depends on the data and purpose; professional records and invoices may have different requirements. When deletion is requested, we explain what can be deleted and what must be retained and why. Sensitive-data processing is limited to the purpose and need; no system can be guaranteed free of risk.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, subject to applicable legal rights and conditions, through info@dermalinkarab.com. You can withdraw previous consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your information. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Marketing, images and AI
Sharing data to receive a service does not consent to image publication, marketing or AI training. Platform policy does not permit these uses on service consent alone and requires separate explicit consent for each additional purpose, without preselection. An additional purpose must not be a condition of an unrelated service. Consent for non-essential cookies and analytics is required where applicable law requires it; this notice does not claim that all technical settings have been independently audited.
