DermaLink منصة رقمية للعناية بالبشرة، مسجلة في إستونيا، تقدم محتوى وبرامج تعليمية وتنسّق وصول المستخدمين إلى أطباء ومختصين مستقلين. الخدمة المهنية يقدمها المختص المستقل ضمن نطاق ممارسته.
نطاق التعاون
توضح هذه الصفحة المبادئ العامة للتعاون مع مقدمي الخدمات المستقلين. تُحدد هوية الأطراف والخدمات والأسواق المسموح بها والترتيبات المالية والتشغيلية في اتفاق مكتوب خاص بمقدم الخدمة. لا تعدّل هذه الصفحة تلقائيًا اتفاقًا قائمًا، ولا تنشئ علاقة توظيف أو تمنح ترخيصًا مهنيًا.
الالتزامات المهنية
يحافظ مقدم الخدمة على مؤهلاته وتراخيصه والتأمين المطلوب، ويعمل ضمن النطاق الذي يسمح به القانون في المواقع ذات الصلة. يتحقق من ملاءمة الخدمة عن بُعد، ويحصل على الموافقات المهنية اللازمة، ويحمي السرية والسجلات، ويرشد إلى رعاية حضورية أو عاجلة عند الحاجة. عليه الإبلاغ عن تغير جوهري في أهليته لتقديم الخدمة.
العلاقة بالمنصة
DermaLink منصة رقمية للعناية بالبشرة، مسجلة في إستونيا، تقدم محتوى وبرامج تعليمية وتنسّق وصول المستخدمين إلى أطباء ومختصين مستقلين. الخدمة المهنية يقدمها المختص المستقل ضمن نطاق ممارسته. تنسق المنصة الوصول إلى الخدمة ضمن الدور المتفق عليه ولا تحل محل الحكم المهني المستقل. يتحمل كل طرف مسؤولياته القانونية وأفعاله؛ ولا تُنقل جميع المسؤوليات إلى المختص بمجرد وصفه بالمستقل. تُفصل المعلومات التثقيفية عن الاستشارة الشخصية، وتُعرض المؤهلات بصورة دقيقة دون ادعاءات مضللة أو نتائج مضمونة.
المحتوى والبيانات
تبقى حقوق المحتوى لصاحبها. وأي إذن للمنصة باستخدام محتوى مقدم الخدمة يكون محدودًا وغير حصري وللغرض والمدة والقنوات المتفق عليها، وليس تنازلًا عن الملكية. لا يجوز نشر حالات أو صور مرضى دون الأساس القانوني والموافقات اللازمة. تُوثق أدوار حماية البيانات والاتفاقات المطلوبة وفق التدفق الفعلي للمعلومات.
الشكاوى وإنهاء العلاقة
يُحدد الاتفاق الخاص بمقدم الخدمة مسار الشكاوى وحوادث السلامة والتعليق وإنهاء التعاون. يلتزم الطرفان بالتعاون وحماية السرية وحقوق المستخدمين ومعالجة المواعيد القائمة والسجلات عند انتهاء العلاقة. لا تنشئ هذه الصفحة عمولة أو غرامة أو جدول دفع جديدًا. للتواصل: info@dermalinkarab.com.

Professional independence, user safety and content rights when working with the platform.
DermaLink is a digital skin-care platform registered in Estonia. It provides educational content and programs and coordinates users’ access to independent doctors and professionals. Professional services are provided by the independent professional within their scope of practice.
Scope of collaboration
This page explains general principles for collaboration with independent providers. The parties, services, permitted markets, and financial and operational arrangements are specified in a provider-specific written agreement. This page does not automatically amend an existing agreement, create employment or grant professional authorization.
Professional duties
The provider maintains qualifications, licenses and required insurance, and works within the lawful scope in relevant locations. They assess suitability for remote care, obtain necessary professional consents, protect confidentiality and records, and direct users to in-person or urgent care when needed. Material changes affecting eligibility to provide services must be reported.
Relationship with the platform
DermaLink is a digital skin-care platform registered in Estonia. It provides educational content and programs and coordinates users’ access to independent doctors and professionals. Professional services are provided by the independent professional within their scope of practice. The platform coordinates access within the agreed role and does not replace independent professional judgment. Each party retains responsibility for its own acts and legal duties; calling a provider independent does not transfer every liability to them. Educational information must be distinguished from personal consultation, and credentials represented accurately without misleading claims or guaranteed outcomes.
Content and data
Content ownership stays with its rights holder. Any platform permission to use provider content must be limited, non-exclusive and tied to agreed purposes, duration and channels, rather than an ownership assignment. Patient cases or images must not be published without the necessary legal grounds and consents. Data-protection roles and required agreements must reflect actual information flows.
Complaints and ending the relationship
The provider-specific agreement sets the process for complaints, safety incidents, suspension and ending collaboration. Both parties cooperate, protect confidentiality and user rights, and address existing appointments and records when the relationship ends.
